2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp grated orange peel
3/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, soda, into large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add egg, orange peel, and juice at once. Stir until mixture is evenly moist. Fold in cranberries.
Spoon into greased bread pan. bake at 350 for 1 hours 10 minutes.
