2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, beating well. Sift flour, soda and salt together an add to creamed mixture. Stir in mashed bananas vanilla and nuts. Bake in greased bread pans for 350 for 45 minutes, test, it make take a little longer.
I also make this recipe i small loaf pans. It freezes well and is nice to take to a friend or shut in .
