1 T Oil
1 sm Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
32 oz low sodium Chicken Broth
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 C shredded, skinless, cooked Chicken Breast
2 T fresh Cilantro
4 oz Corn Tortillas Chips

Warm the oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, until softened. Add garlic, chili powder and red pepper; cook mixture for 30 seconds, stirring. Add broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add chicken and cook until heated through. Season with salt and cilantro. Divide the tortilla chips between the bowls. Spoon soup over chips and serve.
