1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon lemon extract
1 can cheery/blueberry pie filling
Confectioner Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add sugar to butter in large bowl, reaming at medium speed. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. At low speed add flour and lemon extract. Pour batter into well-greased 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. Mark off into 20 squares with a knife through the batter. Place 1 tablespoon pie filling in center of each square. Bake 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with conf sugar. Let cool.
