1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4-5 large cloves of garlic, sliced
8-9 fresh basil leaves
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Add olive oil to large pan. Saute garlic over low heat for about 5-8 minutes. (Don't brown the garlic.) Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes.

This recipe is very good and easy to make. It is good served over angel hair pasta and grilled chicken.
