3 egg whites, room temperature
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup chopped pecans
Small tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with baking power until mixture stands in peaks; add vanilla and sugar. FOld in crushed crackers and pecans; pour into pie pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Spread Cool Whip over entire pie. Decorate with Chocolate shavings if desired.
