8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash salt
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine cream cheeses, sugar and vanilla. Add egg, blending well. Spread on bottom of 9 in pie shell. Mix pumpkin and seasonings. blend in 2 slightly beaten eggs and evaporated milk.
Pour over cheese mixtgure. bake 350 for 65-70 minutes.
