1 package tortilla chips
1 package cottage cheese
1 package sour cream
1 can olives (optional)
1 package taco seasoning
3 cans tomato sauce
Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
1 lb hamburger

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Heat through. Mix cottage cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Crush tortilla chips and line bottom of pan. Add cottage cheese/sour cream mixture and spread over chips. Add meat mixture and spread. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
