3 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 c. Crisco shortening
6 oz. condensed mincemeat, crumbled
raisins & nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 8 to 12 min.
