2 crust pie: 2 cups sifted flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 cup salad oil, 1/4 cup cold milk

1 crust pie: 1 1/3 cups sifted flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 cup salad oil, 3 tbsp. cold milk

**I always add a little extra of each ingredient so that I have more than enough dough once I roll out the crusts**

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 475. Mix flour and salt.
2. In measuring cup, pour oil and milk (DON'T STIR).
3. Pour oil and milk at the same time into flour. Stir with a fork until mixed.
4. Roll into ball(s) and roll out in between two pieces of waxed paper.
5. If only cooking shell, cook for 8-10 mins, or until brown. If filling shell, follow cooking times for that specific recipe.

This recipe is from my grandmother, Barbara Petrozzi. This crust has the perfect amount of saltiness and crunch.
