30 oz. frozen hash browns
42 oz. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of potato soup
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Put all in crockpot except cream cheese. Cook on low 5 hours. Stir in cream cheese (break into small pieces). Cook 30 minutes more, stirring 2 - 3 times.
