1 cup butter 1 cup White sugar 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 cup Vegetable oil 2 eggs 4 1/4 all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugars and oil together in large bowl. add eggs. Beat until smooth. Add flour, salt cream of tartar, soda and vanilla. Mix well. Refrigerate dough overnight. Form into walnut-size balls. Flatten cookies with glass dipped in sugar and nutmeg mixture. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.

I like to use White Lily self rising flour, instead of flour,cream of tartar and salt and soda. I also like to put Pd sugar icing on the cookies instead of the sugar and nutmeg
