l lb fresh spinach 1/2 cup salad oil, 1/2 c sugar 2 T vinegar, finely chopped red onion 1/2 tsp dry mustard 6 slices crisp bacon 5 hard boiled eggs chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spinach, tear into bite size, with onion, eggs bacon. Heat oil, viegaar, sugar, mustard stirring well, Pour over spinach mixture just before serving.
