2 cups fully cooked cubed cooked ham
4 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 cupshredded swiss cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/8tsp ground mustard
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 and 3/4 cup milk

TOPPING;
1-1/2 cupsoft bread crumbs
1/2 shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup melted butter

šIn a nonstick skillet, saute ham for 4 to 5 minutes or until browned. drain and pat dry.
In a greased2 QRT. baking dish layer the turkey cheese and ham and set aside.
In a saucepan, saute the onion and butter until tender.Stir in the flour,mustard and nutmeg. until blended. Gradually stir in milk bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2 minuted or until thickened. Pour over ham.

Combine topping mixture
Sprinkle over top
BAKE AT 350 25 TO 30 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
