1 T. sesame seeds 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 c red onion, diced or thin slices 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 lb asparagus, cut into 2" spears 1 c frozen peas 1/2 tsp salt
Toast sesame seeds in skillet (about 3 minutes) and set aside. Cook red onion and garlic in olive oil until tender (about 3 minutes). Then add asparagus, peas and salt and stir fry until tender crisp. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
