4 medium potatoes, cubed
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. fresh parsley (or 2 tsp. of dried)
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with oil. Toss cubed potatoes with oil then add other ingredients and toss to coat. Spread in one lay on foil and bake for 25 minutes, turning once.
