1 box German chocolate cake mix Eggs Oil Water 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk (regular or fat free) 8 oz. tub Cool Whip (regular or lite) Health bars crushed (as many as you like)
Prepare cake mix as directed on box in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Let cool 5 minutes. Use fork to poke holes over entire cake. Pour can of condensed milk over top. Cool completely. Cover top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle crushed Heath bars all over top. Enjoy!
