9-inch Pie Shell, baked
3 Eggs, separated
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Sour Cream
1 T. Flour
1 c. Raisins, cooked
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Cook raisins in 1 c. water for 30 minutes. Drain. Beat egg yolks well; add sugar, sour cream, flour, raisins and spices. Cook in double boiler until thick, about 30-45 minutes. Stir frequently. Place in baked pie shell. Make meringue and pile on pie. Bake meringue as directed and cool completely before serving. (See meringue recipe in this category.)

I have never cared much for raisins, but I really like this pie. You can use white or dark raisins.
