1- can salmon
2- eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
MIX SALMON AND EGGS. ADD MILK,FLOUR,SODA,SALT AND PEPPER.
ADD ONION AND MIX WELL. DROP BY
TABLESPOONS FULL INTO HOT OIL,FRY
UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
[I DROP INTO CRUSHED CRACKERS AND
ROLL AROUND TO COAT SALMON.]
