2 large Eggs
1/3 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and salt together in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Scald the milk and pour into the egg mixture. Add the vanilla. Sprinkle a little nutmeg over the top. Set dish in pan of hot water (1 inch up on casserole) and place in 350 oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until knife comes out clean when inserted. Immediately remove from hot water. Serve cooled.
