Ingredients:  
1 large hen, or 2 fryers
1 large onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. margarine
2 pkg. egg noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 small cans tomato sauce
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 cans pitted ripe olives
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in enough water just to cover until done. Reserve broth. Remove skin and bone from chicken, cut into bite size pieces.
Cook egg noodles in chicken broth according to pkg. directions.
Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in 4 tbsp. margarine.
When noodles are done, add chicken, onion, celery and bell pepper, soup, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, chili powder, olives.
Simmer, stirring until thoroughly heated.
