3 lb. chicken
1 - 1 lb. spaghetti
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimentos
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cubed Velvetta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done. reserving broth. Remove skin and bones from chicken. Chop into bite sized pieces.
In chicken broth, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Saute onion and celery. Add to spaghetti.
Add bell pepper, pimentos, tomato sauce, soup and chicken. Bring to boil, then simmer, stirring often to keep from sticking, for 20 minutes.
Turn off heat and add cheese. stirring to melt.
