2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 can yellow hominy, undrained
2 cans pinto beans, undrained
1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can diced rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg.. ranch salad dressing mix
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, brown and drain ground beef. with onion and green chilies.
Add hominy, pinto beans, stewed tomatoes, rotel tomatoes, taco seasoning, ranch salad dressing mix, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil. Simmer 1 hour.
