1 box frozen chopped spinach
1/2 lb grated sharp cheddar
12 ounce small curd cottage cheese
2-4 T. grated onion.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add flour, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, grated onion, and salt. Add to spinach. Place in a lightly greased 1 1/2-qt baking dish. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 or until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle extra cheese on top. Place in oven until cheese melts.
