3 Medium Potatoes, shredded
1/2 Medium Onion, diced
1/2 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Add potatoes and onions to skillet with bottom covered with oil. Turn gently until color change. Sprinkle cheese over top of potatoes. DO NOT STIR AFTER ADDING CHEESE. Add salt and pepper to taste.
