2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup A-1 Sauce
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Eggs
Plain Flour for dredging

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl mix Worcestershire Sauce, A-1 Sauce, Soy Sauce, eggs and milk. Mix by hand until ingredients well mixed. Dredge cutlets in flour, then liquid mixture and return to flour. Pour 1/4 inch Canola oil into skillet and cook slowly over low heat until done.
