2 Cup plain meal
1 Cup plain flour
Large Spoon Salt (1 Tbsp.)
1 1/2 Large Spoon Baking Powder (1 1/2 Tbsp.)
1 Egg
Milk to desired consistency
Handful Sugar (1/4 C) Sam's optional touch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. In large bowl add meal, flour, salt, baking powder and sugar (optional). Add egg and milk. Pour into preoiled pan and bake until golden to serve.
