1/3 of 5 lb. bag of plain flour (6 C)
1/2 Cup oil
1 1/2 handful baking powder (3 Tbsp.)
Handful sugar (2 Tbsp.)
Almost handful Salt (1 1/2 Tbsp.)
2 handful shredded cheddar cheese (2/3 C.)
Milk to Consistency for kneading

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. In large bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add oil, and enough milk to consistency for kneading. Pour out on floured foil, roll by hand and add flour in flashes for working by hand. Choke off biscuits, put in pre-oiled pan. Bake in 450 oven until golden brown.
