CRUST: mix cake mix (without pudding), egg, melted butter and pecans together and pat into 9x13 pan. FILLING: mix eggs, cream cheese, butter, coconut, vanilla, powdered sugar and pecans together and pour over crust mixture. Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes until lightly golden on top but not firm.
Try other flavors using lemon cake mix or a chocolate cake mix. Add 1 c. semi sweet chips to the topping.
