2 lbs sliced carrots
1 green pepper, cut fine
1 red onion, sliced thin in rings
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots about 7 to 8 minutes. Alternate vegetables in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour liquid over. Let stand 24 hours.
