1 small head cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 medium apple, chopped
1 cup grapes, halved and seeded
1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange sections, drained
1/4 cup raisins
1 cup cream style cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
3 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs salad oil
2 Tbs honey

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, apple, grapes, oranges, and raisins. In blender container, combine cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice, oil, and honey; cover and blend just until smooth. Add dressing to cabbage mixture, tossing gently to coat. Chill. Garnish with additional apple wedges, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
