1/2 c. butter (softened)
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
1 pkg. Reese's mini peanut butter cups (refrigerated)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda. Roll into 1 inch balls. Put into mini cupcake cup liners then place them into a mini cupcake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. Immediately press in Reese's miniature peanut butter cups to middle of each cookie. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before removing from pan.
