1 yellow cake mix
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Large pkg. chocolate chips
Small can walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, put 1/2 of cake mix. Add butter, brown sugar, water, eggs & vanilla. Mix together, then add rest of cake mix, chips & nuts. Batter will be thick. Grease 9"x13" pan, add batter, bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes or until brown.
