1 small chocolate pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 pkg milk chocolate cake mix
1 small pkg. of chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan cook pudding mix & 2 cups of milk till it starts to thicken, add dry cake mix. Mix well then pour into prepared 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips then the nuts on top of cake.
Bake 30 to 35 min. at 350
