1 1/2 lb ground beef
3/4 cup oats, uncooked
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup tomato juice
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pack firmly into an ungreased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (350 F) for 1 hr 15 min. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
