3 cups flour
1 1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp salt
1 egg well beaten
5 tbls water
1 tbl vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour & salt. Add egg, water & vinegar into flour all at once. Blend with spoon just until flour is moistened
