10 T butter ( softened)
2/3 cup sugar
1 Large egg
1 T almond extract
1 1/2 c almond slices
1 loaf of Italian or French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in your Food Processor. Pulse for 1 minute. Slice your loaf of bread into 1 inch thick slices. Spread the almond butter generously on the bread slices. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Very Yummy!

This butter can be kept for a week in the refrigerator. Just let it soften before you use it.
