Topping: 1- 1/2 Cup brown sugar, 1 Cup chopped nuts (opt.), 1 tbsp. cinnamon. Cake: 2 Cups flour, 1 Cup sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 4 oz. box vanilla pudding, 4 oz. box butterscotch pudding, 3/4 Cup oil, 1 tsp. vanilla, 4 eggs, 1 Cup water.

Combine all cake ingredients. Beat 2 minutes. Pour half of batter in 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle with half of the topping mixture. Repeat. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
