1 Stick Butter, 1 Cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 12 slices bread, 5 eggs, and 1 -1/2 Cups of milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan, mix in brown sugar and cinnamon. Layer 12 slices (2 layers of 6) of bread on top. Beat eggs and milk and pour on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350. Serve with powdered sugar and berries.
