2-4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
1 envelope taco seasoning mix,
1 can whole kernel corn w juice,
1 can diced tomatoes w/juice,
3 – 4 cans of any kind of bean w/juice,
(Pinto, black beans, kidney, garbanzo, Lima, baked beans, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of crock pot, put chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle chicken with taco seasoning; pour all other ingredients w/ juice in pot. DO NOT STIR (Chicken will cook on bottom). Cook on High for 5-6 hours. When chicken is done it will float, pull it out and shred chicken and then put back in crock pot.

I severe with sour cream, shredded cheese and with “Scoops” Tostitos or Tortilla strips
