3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup real butter, softened
3 large eggs
2 1/4 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans
3 cups peeled, chopped apples
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend in sifted dry ingredients. Fold in rest. Pour into greased 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour & 20 minutes.

Got this recipe from my neighbor, Kathy Henderson, when we lived in Norman Downes. It is wonderful for breakfast or anytime. Very moist and yummy!
