1 lb. ground sausage, mild or medium flavored
2 tsp. ground sage (more or less to taste)
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp oil (more or less depending or grease from
sausage
Approx. 1/2 cup flour
Approx 1/3 gallon milk (more or less)

1 or 2 packages/tubes biscuits (whichever brand you prefer)

Directions:
In large skillet, brown sausage. Add sage and salt and pepper while browning. When browned, add oil, stir in. Add flour, enough to absorb grease. Mix well. Add milk. Stir well. Bring almost to a boil. Be careful not to scald the milk. Reduce heat slightly and let simmer until desired consistency. Stirring often.

Bake Biscuits according to package directions.
