1 T. olive oil
3 cloves garlic
48 oz. chicken broth
9 oz. cheese tortellini
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
28 oz. can of tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. bag of fresh spinach or 1-2 packages frozen, chopped
1 T. basil, chopped
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Garlic in olive oil in large stockpot.
Add broth, basil, spinach and tomatoes.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Add tortellini and cook until pasta rises to top.
Add Parmesan cheese and serve.
