Large head cabbage
3 lb. Ground beef, ground sirloin, ground turkey or pork
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
2 pieces celery, de-stringed and chopped fine
1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
handful of oatmeal
1 cup instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cabbage and remove leaves as they soften; put in bowl to drain. Pre fry ground beef and drain any grease. Then add all the ingredients to meat and fry until tasty, about 5 minutes. Put on cabbage leaf and roll. Pack tightly in cake pan or roaster. Pour the following over cabbage rolls and bake for 35 minutes at 350F.
