1 lb boneless chicken breast sautéed and cut into bite sized pieces, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 can crushed tomatoes with mushrooms, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 3/4 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1 tsp dried oregano

Directions:
Using a 10 inch skillet, lightly brown chicken pieces in oil over medium heat. Remove chicken and in same pan, cook green onions until tender. Add crushed tomatoes with mushrooms and remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. Return chicken pieces to pan and simmer, covered, for 30-40 minutes. Serve over spaghetti or pasta.
