8 eggs
1 c. milk
Dash salt/pepper
1 lb. ground sausage (browned)
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 c. frozen hash browns

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, and salt/pepper in a bowl. Set aside. Spread hash browns in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan, enough to cover the bottom. Sprinkle browned sausage over top of hash browns. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the sausage. Pour egg mixture over all the layers. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm.
