1/4 cup flour
1 lb. Lean beef, cubed
2 lb. Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 large onion, chopped
14 oz. Kielbasa (Polish sausage), cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms
2 cup beer
1 tsp. paprika
1 lb. Pork, cubed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and paprika. Cook meat pieces. Brown meat in 3 Tbsp. butter. Add sauerkraut, onion, sausage, mushrooms and beer. Cover and put in oven at 350F for 2 hours.
