1 lb. Ground beef
1 tsp. salt
small onion, diced fine
1/2 cup minute rice
1 egg
1 cup very thick cream
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix all the above ingredients. Bring to boil whole cabbage leaves. Take out of water. Cool. Place 1/4 cup meat filling on each cabbage leaf. Roll and fasten with toothpicks. Place in small buttered roaster. Place about 6 pats of butter over this. Pour 1 can cream of tomato soup over all. Also 1 cup of mushrooms. Bake at 350F about 11/2 hour. Take cover off and bake another 1/2 hour.
