1lb. Lean pork
1lb. Lean beef
2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed or 1 cup instant potatoes prepared with 1 cup boiling water
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Grind meat finely. Mix all ingredients well. Shape into rolls then size of an egg. Dip balls in flour. Fry in butter or margarine. Put in a 13x9 pan. Rinse skillet with 11/2 cups water. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40 minutes. Turn down temperature to 300 degrees for an additional 20 minutes. Serves 6.
