4 slices bacon
11/2 pounds veal cutlet (cut into individual portions 1/2-inch thick)
2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
2 Tbsp. sweet Hungarian paprika
salt to taste
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup tomato sauce (homemade is best)

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet, crumble and reserve. In the bacon drippings, brown the veal on all sides, add the onions and cook until lightly browned. Season with paprika and salt. Stir in sour cream and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until veal is tender (do not boil). Sprinkle with bacon bits. Great when accompanied by egg noodles or rice. Serves 4.
